CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that situations may arise, leading to a cancelled appointment. I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide an adequate notice of 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. Failure to provide an adequate notice of 12 hours will result in 100% of the service.
